Job summary

Salomon is hiring a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time role (10 hours/week) at the Westfield store. You will engage customers with Salomon product knowledge, deliver a high-level shopping experience, and contribute to store goals on the sales floor.

We are looking for aSales Associate for a permanent, part-time (10 hours/week) in our Salomon Store in Westfield.

Your role

To perform this job successfully, you will:

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales)
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques andthe Digital Tools available in store in order to provideoutstanding customer service
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized
• Be confident at cash handling
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandisingand community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture

This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
