Job summary

Salomon Store Covent Garden in London is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will use strong customer service skills to connect customers with the right products and deliver a high-level shopping experience.

The role requires 14 hours per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible. We offer a fixed salary plus a monthly bonus and employee discounts on Amer Sports brands from day one.

Responsibilities

We are looking for aSales Associatefor a permanent, part-time(14 hours/week) in our Salomon Store in Covent Garden.

Your role

To perform this job successfully, you will:

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales)
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques andthe Digital Tools available in store in order to provideoutstanding customer service
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandisingand community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture

This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
