Job summary

Salomon is seeking a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time role (10 hours/week) in our Westfield store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise customers and drive sales while representing Salomon on the shop floor.

The position requires a 100% on-floor presence and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a French-based, globally present brand committed to employee well-being and environmental respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in protecting company assets and loss prevention; keep stockroom clean and organized.
• Follow standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect Salomon's service culture.

Your role

To perform this job successfully, you will:

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales

This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
