The Role

A Sales Associate is a very important role within our stores. You will be given the opportunity to be part of a hardworking team, working closely with premium products, customers, and achieving daily targets.

We want our customers to step into the store and feel the ‘Castore experience’. It’s your job to inform all customers about our products and drive the force behind service and selling within our stores.
This is a temporary pop-up store, so the role will be on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities

1. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
2. Acting as an ambassador for our Castore brand.
3. Providing excellent customer service.
4. Advising and assisting customers.
5. Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
6. Conducting customer transactions.
7. Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
8. Assisting with store deliveries.
9. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs regularly, e.g., Order in store, E-receipts.
10. Identifying opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
