The Associate role can be seen as an ‘academy’ or the perfect first step in your sales career, working closely with a Senior Sales team member to source and set up revenue-generating opportunities. You will support the Senior Sales team throughout the sales process, gaining hands-on experience and tailored training.

What you’ll do:
- Learn the Industry: Understand the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, therapy areas, client base, and competitors.
- Master Our Sales Process: Learn and apply our structured sales process with ongoing support and training.
- Generate Quality Appointments: Proactively reach out to potential clients via multiple channels to set up appointments for Senior Sales.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Assist with lead sourcing, proposals, contracts, reporting, and follow-up alongside the Senior Sales team.
- Review Performance & KPIs: Monitor and strive to exceed your targets.
- Represent the Company: Post-target, visit clients and attend events, exhibitions, and congresses worldwide.
Key Information
- Salary: £26,000
- Commission: 3% on all revenue — uncapped (1st OTE £40,000+)
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Onsite at our London/Moorgate office
