EE Gosforth is hiring a Sales Associate to join our Newcastle-area contact centre. This part-time role involves 20 hours per week, with evening shifts from 3pm to 9pm and one alternate Saturday, starting October 2026.

You’ll handle incoming calls, guide customers to the best mobile, broadband and device deals, and grow with a lively sales team in a friendly environment. If you’re outgoing, enjoy helping people, and want to earn with uncapped commission, this is a great fit.

• Where: EE Gosforth (Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET) or EE Tyneside (Silver Fox Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE27 0QJ)
• Part time: Permanent
• Hours: 20 hours per week (evenings)
• Start date: October 2026 onwards
• Shifts: Evening shifts mid week between 3pm and 9pm and every other Saturday 11:00-17:00

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell. You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
