Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Oceanus—providing an exceptional in-store experience while embodying the spirit and elegance of the brand. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and maintaining the visual integrity of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a personalised and polished approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and styling them accordingly
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain the store’s visual standards and ensure immaculate presentation at all times
• Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS
• Support inventory management including receiving stock, restocking, and conducting regular counts
• Assist with visual merchandising, in-store activations, and occasional events
• Stay updated on product knowledge and brand storytelling to enhance the customer journey
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and energetic in-store environment

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience in fashion preferred
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and selling skills
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and the Oceanus brand ethos
• Professional, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with Shopify POS and basic computer systems is a plus
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
