Job summary

Strathberry is seeking a customer-focused retail ambassador to join our Edinburgh team. You will drive sales, assist on stock and visuals, and ensure an exceptional luxury experience for every client.

The role supports 32–40 hours per week on a rotating shift, with potential overtime. Previous luxury retail service experience is essential, and Arabic language skills are a plus. Join a brand known for refined craftsmanship and premium service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail service (essential).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in-store and create a vibrant shopping environment.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
• Manage POS stock control and support stocktakes.
• Support promotions, events and product launches.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Keep the store tidy and safe, supporting general sales tasks.
• Coordinate with colleagues on store security.
• Assist in stock shipping/receiving and paperwork.
• Provide customer service through the Endear system.
• Offer general administrative support as needed.

THE ROLE

Working from our Edinburgh retail locations, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence.

Please note: This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, offering 32 - 40 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week, and is based in Edinburgh. There may also on occasion be the opportunity for overtime when required. Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
• POS transaction processing.
• Helping with visual displays within the store.
• Management of POS stock control and assisting on stocktakes, when required.
• Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
• Meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
• Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
• Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
• Providing customer service support using the Endear system.
• Providing general administrative support when and where necessary.

• Exceptional people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
• Understanding the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.

• Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
• A good level of numeracy and the ability to produce and maintain accurate records.
• Fluency in Arabic is desirable, but not essential.
