Job summary

H&T is seeking a Store Colleague in Slough to join our leading pawnbroker network. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

No pawnbroking experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided. This part-time role (20 hours) offers clear progression and discretionary annual bonuses up to £2,000, with salary £13.52/hour rising to £14.21 after training.

Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour, increasing to £14.21 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

Location: Slough

Job Type: Part-time - 20 contracted hours

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
