Job summary

H&T Group Ltd is seeking a Store Colleague for our Clapham Junction location. This part-time role offers 20 contracted hours per week with a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday and full training to help you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting rate £13.52 per hour, rising to £14.21 after training, with a London Weighting Allowance. You can earn discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 annually based on performance and KPIs.

Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour, increasing to £14.21 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you'll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
