Job summary

Wenzel’s The Bakers in Harrow is seeking a Team Member/Sales Assistant for a part-time role. You will deliver friendly service, take orders, handle cash, and help produce fresh sandwiches and snacks.

We offer competitive pay of £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10, 18-21 £11.75), a 20-hour working week, and flexible hours. Benefits include a company pension, 28 days holiday, a paid birthday day off, staff incentives, and extensive training with career progression.

Qualifications

• No prior training is necessary as full training is provided.

• Customer Service – handling all our customer’s needs, including taking their order, cash handling and the till operation
• Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with our food safety / health and safety standards (food safety and hygiene training is provided)

Pay & Hours:

For our Team Member/ Sales Assistant roles we offer a competitive pay of £12.21 an hour (under 18 - £10.00 an hour, between 18-21 £11.75 per hour) to start, and a working week is 20 hours, Monday to Sunday.

Although our shops open early, and we do have set shifts within our Shops, we are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where we can.
