Wenzel’s the Bakers in Harrow is looking for a Team Member/Sales Assistant on a full-time basis to join our friendly shop team. You will provide excellent customer service, take orders, handle the till, and help produce fresh sandwiches and other products.

You’ll support daily shop operations and ensure clean, safe working practices. We offer a 39-hour week, shifts Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours where possible, plus benefits including meals on shift, 50% off food, a pension scheme, 28

• No previous training is necessary as full training is provided
• Someone who is confident and enthusiastic, with a great work ethic and a positive attitude showing great customer service skills
• Someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently as part of a team

Pay & Hours:

For our Team Member/ Sales Assistant roles we offer a competitive pay of £12.21 an hour (under 18 - £10.00 an hour, between 18-21 £11.75 per hour) to start, and a working week is 39 hours, Monday to Sunday. Although our shops open early, and we do have set shifts within our Shops, we are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where we can.
