The shifts are from 9 pm to 7 am, usually 3-4 times a week, with increased hours leading up to Christmas.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
• Responding efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
• Working as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment
• Living the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
• Handling cash and operating tills accurately
• Implementing store changes and promotions promptly and precisely

Flexibility in working hours is required, including the possibility of shift work.
