Job Summary:
As a RTW Sales Assistant at ERDEM Sloane Street, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. Your primary focus will be to provide personalized service to clients, with an emphasis on managing and expanding the client book to build lasting customer relationships. You will offer expert guidance on our ready-to-wear collections, ensuring that every client’s experience is tailored, memorable, and aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the RTW sector is required to support your success in this role, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our team and uphold the brand’s prestigious reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their preferences, style, and needs, ensuring a highly personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain and update client books meticulously, recording detailed client profiles, preferences, purchase history, and special notes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing loyalty and trust.
- Regularly follow up with clients through personalized emails, calls, and messages to inform them of new collections, exclusive events, and special offers.
Sales and Product Expertise:
- Deliver exceptional sales service by showcasing in-depth knowledge of the ready-to-wear collection, including fabrics, fit, craftsmanship, and styling.
- Assist clients in selecting items that align with their style and needs, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate to maximize sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Book Development:
- Actively grow the client book by identifying and engaging potential high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is recorded in the system after each interaction.
- Utilize client book data to anticipate client needs and personalize future interactions effectively.
Store Presentation and Merchandising:
- Ensure the sales floor and displays are impeccably maintained, reflecting the luxury image of the brand.
- Keep the ready-to-wear section organized, clean, and visually appealing always.
- Participate in visual merchandising updates and ensure the presentation aligns with seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
Event Participation and Execution:
- Support and participate in in-store events, private client viewings, and exclusive launches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client-focused events, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share client insights and feedback with management to help enhance service quality and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Previous experience in the Knightsbridge market with existing client book preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluent in multiple languages; Arabic is preferred - enabling the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
