The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.

You’ll interact with people each shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver unforgettable customer experiences
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly
• Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and cleanliness
• Operate the till system, handle transactions, including returns and exchanges
