AkzoNobel's Dulux Decorator Centres in Harlow is hiring a full-time customer-focused Sales Assistant. You will help professionals and DIY enthusiasts with product advice and order deliveries, contributing to a memorable store experience.

You will work 7am–5pm Monday–Friday with some Saturdays (8am–12pm) and occasional time off in lieu, in a role that rewards good service with a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
• Valid driving license.
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a team.

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store. You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.

This is a full time, 40 hr per week role, you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) with time off in lieu.
