Ensuring customers feel welcomed, wowed, and leave having had a great in-store experience.
Engaging with customers and making recommendations on complementary products, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently and accurately.
Merchandising and replenishing products across the shop floor (may include working outside the store’s normal opening hours).
Unloading and unpacking deliveries.
Working as a team to deliver the best customer experience while supporting one another and having fun along the way.
Retail experience is not essential. We’re looking for friendly and approachable people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires someone who can work at pace whilst multitasking and embracing change.
