We are seeking the talents of a Sales Assistant (M/F), full time, to contribute to the next chapter of Sezane's journey. The position is based in our Appartement of Notting Hill.

Reporting to the Store Director, your main responsibilities will be:

Delivering a Unique Customer Experience

• Place the customer at the heart of the "Appartement " experience
• Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
• Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience
• Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience
• Accompany customers to discover the Sezane universe and products
• Act as an ambassador for Sezane across all channels (instore and online)
• Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
• Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
• Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
• Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers

• Know the basic rules of Sezane merchandising
• Check the labeling of products on the floor
• Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
• Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
• Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
  
  

Ensure The Smooth Running Of Operations

• Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
• Collect and respect procedures related to operations
• Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
• Ensure proper stock management
  
  

Be a Team Player

• Be a team player, participate in all related tasks
• Participate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create a group synergy
• Relay the brand's commitments
  
  

Requirements

• You speak professional English.
• You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, in the hotel industry, in catering, in sales, in animation... or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations?
• You have a sense of service, an excellent presentation and a strong fashion sense.
• You have a team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.
• You don't like to be bored because you are full of energy?
