We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales consultant to work in one of our London centre stores. The ideal candidate has an interest in fashion, excellent presentation skills, a keen sense of touch, good listening skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the sales assistant will provide excellent and personalized service to customers, helping to create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience and acting as the main brand ambassador.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Providing comprehensive customer service from greeting to final sale, addressing any requests and complaints.
2. Delivering personalized and complete sales service.
3. Managing stock counts, controlling deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse.
4. Organizing products on the shop floor and adhering to visual merchandising standards, collaborating on visual and window displays.
5. Maintaining constant communication with the manager and HQ.
