The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

This time, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Sinead and the Team in our Milton Keynes store.

This contract is available for 12 hours per week (overtime also available). Candidates must be fully flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays. Please confirm your full availability in your application.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant at CT, you’ll be responsible for generating and maximising sales by consistently offering exceptional customer service. You’ll be trained with expert product knowledge to stay up to date with the latest product ranges and promotions. You will support and collaborate with your colleagues to enhance team and store success.

You’ll perform stock-related tasks, such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. You will also ensure high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have some experience in retail or hospitality focusing on customer service. Operational stock room experience is beneficial.

High enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Your ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service will determine your success.
