Job summary

schuh in Bristol Cabot Circus is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, greet shoppers and share product knowledge. The role requires availability for busy periods and flexible hours across weekends and weekdays, including Christmas Eve or Boxing Day.

You will meet KPIs, process payments, assist with stock management and merchandising, and support opening/shutdown procedures. Training is provided, and candidates should reside near Cabot Circus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential, but customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.
• Flexibility across weekends and weekdays is required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Assistant to join our store in Bristol Cabot Circus.

Candidates must be available for Black Friday, flexibility across weekends and weekdays along with the ability to work either Christmas Eve or Boxing day.

Candidates must also reside in or around Cabot Circus.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
