Avoca Belfast is hiring a Sales Assistant for a part-time role with immediate start. You will deliver friendly customer service, manage the till, and support stock replenishment in a busy environment.

• Provide high-standard customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Operate POS system: scan items, take payments, manage queues.
• Replenish stock to maintain Avoca brand standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by your line manager.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Advise and serve customers.

Description

The opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to work in our Avoca Belfast store. This role is a part time position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person, via phone and email.
• Point of Sales system - scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the Food offering is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager.
• Cash handling skills.
• Advising & serving customers.

Requirements
