Dr. Martens plc in Belfast is looking for a Team Leader / Senior Sales Assistant to join our store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and support day-to-day store operations in the manager's absence.

The role requires prior key holder experience, a strong focus on service, and the ability to lead and motivate colleagues. You will handle till transactions, maintain store procedures, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping

Responsabilités

• Achieve personal sales targets and motivate the team to meet theirs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow store procedures for deliveries, clocking in/out, and stock takes.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle till transactions according to procedures.
• Resolve complex customer enquiries.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Act as key holder and manage store when the manager is absent.
• Perform any other reasonable task requested by management.

We are on the look out for a Team Leader / Senior Sales Assistant to join our fantastic team in our Belfast store. Reporting to the Store Manager, we are looking for a freethinking, passionate individual who will provide a one of a kind, outstanding customer experience and assist with day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager.

Senior Sales Assistant - Main duties will include:

• Achieving your own sales targets and motivating the team to reach theirs
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Follow all store operating procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment etc
• Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment
• Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures
• Handle more complex enquiries from customers
• Assist management team in coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team
• Act as key holder and assume responsibility for store for short periods in the absence of the manager
• Any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team

Senior Sales Assistant - Essential requirements are:

• Similar experience in a key holder role, particularly with a fashion/lifestyle brand would be preferable
• Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
• Sales oriented – target driven and able to assist the team with achieving store goals
• Demonstrate a good understanding of leading a team and driving sales
• Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
