What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

What your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and providing a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, actively promoting add-ons by engaging with customers.
• Handle and accept deliveries responsibly and safely, maintaining stockroom areas.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

On a 20-hour contract, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 5 days. Flexibility is key, as hours may include times outside normal trading hours, especially during Christmas. We support the ‘Keep Sundays Special’ campaign, ensuring you won't be asked to work on Sundays, so you can spend quality time with family and friends.
