What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

• Confident and approachable
• Hardworking and ambitious

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and providing a great shopping experience.
• Processing sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, and actively promoting add-on sales by engaging effectively with customers.
• Responsibly and safely handling deliveries to the store and maintaining stockroom areas.
• Maintaining merchandising of toys to company standards.

On a 12-hour contract, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Flexibility is key, as shifts may occur at any time of the day, including outside normal trading hours, especially during Christmas. We support the ‘Keep Sundays Special’ campaign, so you will have Sundays off to spend with family and friends.
