Our store team members are the heart of our operations worldwide, bringing passion to work daily and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. From assisting in selecting shoes to styling outfits, your core responsibility is to make sure our customers enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Engaging with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport and relationships.
  4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  5. Managing cash and adhering to policies for security, safety, and stock accuracy.
  6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
