Job summary

WHSmith Travel in Preston is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our store standards. You’ll help customers, replenish stock and support visual merchandising to make shopping easy and inviting.

We’re looking for someone passionate about delivering great experiences, confident communicating within the team, and motivated to achieve excellent results while staying adaptable to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to replenish stock and keep areas tidy.
• Experience with display and merchandising to help customers find products.
