Job summary

WHSmith Travel is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service in our store. You will work independently or as part of a team to uphold our shop standards and help customers find what they need.

You will assist with stock replenishment and maintaining tidy, welcoming displays, while supporting colleagues to achieve high store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail environment.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
