Job summary

WHSmith is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and work as part of a team to uphold store standards. You will stock shelves, maintain attractive displays, and help customers find products with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and helping customers in store

• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a busy retail environment

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
