The Role of a Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will develop strong customer relationships in your store, offering hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. Join a forward-thinking culture and be part of our exciting journey.

What You Need to Succeed

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with eagerness to assist
• Ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and expanding product knowledge
• Experience as an Assistant Supervisor or Sales Assistant in Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry
• Valid driver’s license

Role Responsibilities

• Independently managing the HSS concession within our partner’s Builder’s Merchant, supporting customer hire needs and upselling/cross-selling
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Supporting sales initiatives and strategies to exceed sales and revenue targets, staying innovative and forward-thinking

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (with an extra day off during the week for every two Saturday shifts worked).
