Job summary

IKEA in Milton Keynes is hiring part-time sales colleagues to create inspiring shopping experiences and help customers find the best solutions for their homes.

This part-time role offers 12–30 hours per week across 3–5 days, including late evenings and 3 of 4 weekends, with a start date of 3 October 2026. The hourly rate is £14.15, plus benefits like a 15% IKEA discount, Life Assurance, enhanced pension contributions and interest-free loans.

Responsibilities

• You provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• You are always interested in the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
• You support improving sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
