Job description

Location: Wheelgate House, 24 Wheelgate, Malton YO17 7HP

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours - Flex - Fixed Term

Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per Hour

As a Sales Adviser, we look for a positive mindset, team support skills, and enthusiasm for getting involved. Your role involves serving customers with excellent service, ensuring they don’t miss out on our great Star Buys, maintaining store presentation, and actively contributing to achieving store targets. You will also be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing piercing business in-store.

This role provides valuable experience and prepares you for future challenges. We recognize that Sales Advisers are potential future Team Leaders. We actively develop your skills through our in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) (Optional)
• Flexible and adaptable to change
