Job Title: Sales Assistant

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at the Leeds, White Rose store.

Compensation

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

Position Details

This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 12 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have energy, drive, and passion to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about our products.
  2. Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
  3. Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
  4. Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Continuously replenishing stock to keep shelves full.
  6. Processing stock deliveries promptly.
  7. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor to high standards.
  8. Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
