Job description

We are looking for a well presented, affable and reliable candidate to join the team at our Mayfair based luxury goods boutique. If you would like to embark on a rewarding new career path and share our passion in providing a truly superb client experience for our clients, we would love to hear from you.

Duties will include:

1. Delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring fully personalised service.
2. Acquiring extensive product knowledge and using such understanding to inform and assist clients.
3. Ensuring the boutique is well kept and maintained at all times.
4. Understanding, updating and using the POS + E-Commerce systems.
5. Learning and utilising light craftsmanship techniques in preparation of frames and small repairs.
6. Maintaining a clear order progress sheet and keeping track of possible delays.
7. Preparing new orders for delivery and pick-ups.

Desirable but not required:

1. Experience in delivering/ assisting on marketing campaigns.
2. Experience in luxury goods retail environment.
