The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Amit and the team in our Canary Wharf store. This is an 8-hour per week contract (overtime also available). Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and some weekdays, including Bank Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales and achieving KPIs. You will receive training on product knowledge and selling skills, stay updated on store ranges and promotions, and support your colleagues to ensure store success.

Your tasks include stock checks, replenishment, processing deliveries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

While retail experience is a plus, we value enthusiasm, motivation, and strong communication skills. Your ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service is key.
