Job summary

Dulux Decorator Centres, part of AkzoNobel, is hiring for a 30-hour-per-week customer service/retail role in the Inverness area. You’ll work with instore colleagues and the UK Sales Team to deliver a memorable customer experience for pros and DIY enthusiasts, helping increase sales and market share of AkzoNobel products.

The role requires proven retail/customer service experience, a full UK driving licence, and a tidy, detail-oriented approach.

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store.

This is a 30 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
• Calm under pressure.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
