Job summary

AkzoNobel’s Dulux Decorator Centres in Romford, UK, is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant. You will engage with professionals and DIY customers, delivering a memorable in-store experience and assisting with deliveries across the local area.

The role is 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts, mainly early mornings to early evenings, with some Saturdays. Great benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

£13.89 per hour & Sales-Based Bonus 24 hours per week

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store. You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.

This is a 24-hour per week role worked across three 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm included as part of the 24 hours.
