Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our successful Card Factory family to help fulfill this mission.

The environment is fast-paced, with high standards that we take pride in. In our busy stores, you'll manage customer interactions, operate tills, and handle multiple tasks. But you'll also have fun and understand why a little bit of madness is part of working here!

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers celebrate their special moments
• Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling where appropriate
• Price and merchandise stock correctly
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stock management
• Participate in stock takes, which may require working outside normal hours

Retail experience is not required; we value personality and a passion for customer service above all else!
