Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant store team at Bicester Village. You will help customers discover premium cookware, share product tips and maintain an inviting, well-presented shop floor.

In this role you’ll deliver excellent customer experiences, demonstrate products, upsell where appropriate, and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions. Flexibility for weekend and late shifts is required.

Employment type: Part time fixed term contract until 31/01/2027

Weekly hours: 15 hours over 3 days per week, Monday to Sunday. This position will involve afternoon/evening shifts

Hourly rate of pay: £14.34

Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Assistant, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll serve up exceptional customer experiences, share your knowledge of premium cookware, and help our customers cook up success in their kitchens.
