Job summary

Footasylum is seeking a Sales Assistant in Aberdeen on a full-time basis. You’ll be the face of our store, embodying our brand and delivering a premium shopping experience. You’ll style complete looks, know the product deeply, and engage with customers with energy and passion.

The role offers £8.00–£12.71 per hour, with a 30% staff discount and structured training. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with clear progression to supervision as you grow within the Footasylum team.

• Style the full fit
  Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture
  Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype
  Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win
  Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium
  Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
