Job summary

Footasylum in the UK is hiring a Sales Assistant (Full-Time) to energise our store floor, style outfits, and drive great customer experiences. You’ll know the latest streetwear trends and help guests feel seen.

This role involves rotating shifts, a 37.5 hour week, and a pay range of £8.00–£12.71 per hour with a 30% staff discount. Footasylum offers training, progression opportunities, and a dynamic omnichannel environment.

• Style the full outfit by asking smart questions and reading the vibe to build complete looks.
• Know the product and culture: learn silhouettes, fabrics, care, and performance tech.
• Host launches, exclusive drops and in-store activations, leading the energy during events.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets and celebrate team wins; progress over perfection.
• Keep visuals premium: stock maintained, store looking fresh and ready for the next fit check.

• Style the full fit Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
