Footasylum is a leading UK retailer in streetwear and sportswear, focused on digital transformation and data-driven decisions. We are seeking a Sales Assistant (Full-Time) to join our team in a fast-paced store environment, delivering premium customer experiences and driving sales with energy and brand pride.

You will work rotating shifts Mon-Sun, with pay from £8.00 to £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount.

• Know the product and culture by learning silhouettes, fabrics, tech and care.
• Host launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions and in-store activations.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, celebrate team wins.
• Keep store visuals on point with stocked, refreshed displays.

Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.

Host the hype

Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
