Job summary

Footasylum Newport is seeking a Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to bring energy and knowledge of streetwear to our store. You’ll greet customers, style outfits, and help keep the shop floor looking premium.

You’ll work rotating shifts Monday–Sunday (8 hours per week), with pay of £8.00–£12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount. Training and progression opportunities support your growth within the brand.

• Style the full fit: Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture: Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat – you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype: Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win: Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium: Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.

Recruitment process

4. Start Dates: Induction & Training starts ASAP.
