Job summary

FIND is partnering with a world-class training and apprenticeships provider to recruit an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with experience across Sales and Customer Service apprenticeships.

As an IQA, you will conduct internal QA across Sales Executive programmes, sample portfolios, and work with Development Coaches to ensure consistent quality. Hybrid role with 3 days per week in Warrington.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IQA within Sales and Customer Service apprenticeship delivery.
• Ability to sample learner portfolios and assess decisions with consistency.
• Experience supporting standardisation activities across coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality assurance across Sales Executive programmes.
• Sample and quality assure learner portfolios and assessment decisions.
• Work with Development Coaches to ensure delivery quality.
• Provide feedback to Coaches to improve assessment practice.
• Lead standardisation activities across the coaching team.
• Identify development needs and support upskilling of Coaches.
• Maintain QA records and ensure actions are followed through.
• Support readiness for Ofsted and external quality assurance.
