What you will get:

Competitive salary (£30K - 38K depending on experience)
Hybrid working setup (office in North London)
3 days in, 2 days remote (we are flexible)

CRM systems know-how and data awareness

Proven sales experience (arts/creative/media sector experience a bonus)
A commercial mindset and natural curiosity
Confidence in communication — on the phone, email, in meetings
Fast learning, smart working, and a team player

Every day is a little different:

You will need to be flexible, proactive and up for a challenge - but you will also be supported, valued and given space to grow. A typical day may include-

Following up with a venue you spoke to yesterday
Calling a theatre to talk through a tailored marketing proposal
Working with the team on a campaign idea for a new exhibition
Logging progress in the CRM (we use Pipeline)
Having a proper chat with a client who wants to grow their audience
