Job description

In a Nutshell…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Finance Coordinator to join our team at Vistry East London at our office in Brentwood. You will be part of a dedicated finance team and will collaborate closely with a dynamic sales team that is proud of its success. We are looking for a hardworking and enterprising person to manage the plot database and other sales and finance reporting functions, owning the process from the point of data entry to it's presentation in financial reporting and customer correspondence. Also providing support to the regional finance director and sales and marketing director. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, accurate forecasting of financial performance and helping the region deliver its sales and financial targets.

  • Data input into KEYS/COINS to ensure sales activities are logged accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure plot data is inline with NHQC requirements
  • Ownerships of the plot database and sales related information on COINS is accurate and up to date
  • Produce daily/weekly reports in line with business requirements, checking for data integrity and accuracy
  • Create, update and analyse Excel spreadsheets to track performance and activities
  • Set up of reports, records and COINS entries for new developments
  • Support the Finance and Sales Departments with various tasks and activities
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all departmental queries
  • First point of call for COINS related queries
