An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the partner portfolio in the South, covering around 30 doors. You will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging beauty advisors in-store. Your role will involve inspiring others to achieve brand goals, increase awareness, and boost retail sales. Additionally, you will ensure all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across all stores.
The ideal candidate should have strong training experience, a track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs, and experience in coaching, mentoring, and leadership to foster a high-performance culture. Previous experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is required; cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not necessary.
