Job Title: Sales and Customer Relations Specialist
Location: reading, Berkshire
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

About Us:
ANISA TECHNOLOGIES LTD is a rapidly growing leader in the refurbished server industry. Our expertise in the refurbishing process enables us to offer cost-effective solutions to our customers. We specialize in Dell, IBM, and HP server and storage units, as well as Cisco networking equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to generate sales leads for our range of services. Demonstrate and present our products and services effectively, showcasing their benefits and features.
• Business Development: Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Customer Support: Register, follow up on, resolve, and respond to customer requests and complaints, as well as manage after-sales services. Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently maintained.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and packages with potential customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Sales Analysis: Review sales performance, identify gaps, and support the development of strategies to address these gaps.
• CRM Management: Keep our internal CRM systems up to date to enhance customer service and maintain accurate records of key sales indicators.
Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
