Job Description

Reporting to the MD, you will:

1. Report and drive data quality – CRM reporting (Hubspot) on activity calls, meetings, etc.
2. Conduct sales ledger analysis – including reports at customer and product level, and sales performance reviews.
3. Engage in prospecting – identifying, appraising suitability, and reporting on activity.
4. Create pipeline, revenue, and productivity reports; deliver accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance insights; transform raw data into actionable strategies.
5. Assist with sales forecasting; work closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM and support updates as needed.
6. Review and report on sampling status and success.

Skills and Qualifications

The candidate should:

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Be capable of preparing reports and delivering presentations.
• Have 3+ years of experience in sales operations or as a business analyst.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Be detail-oriented, with skills in data analysis and report creation using BI tools.
• Possess a good understanding of sales performance metrics.
