Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Fareham branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Working at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving retail and trade customers.

• Minimizing credits and returns by ensuring the right parts are ordered and sent first time.
• Occasionally assisting in the warehouse with picking or putting away products.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience is preferred. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn will be considered, as training is available.

Ideal candidates should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the local area and customer base is advantageous.
